What we collect

When you submit the credit-request form, Loomworks records:

• Your email address.
• The display name you provide.
• The use-case description you write.
• Your jurisdiction (US / EU / Other).

No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no cookies on this site.

What we do with it

The form submission lands as a Memory event in the Loomworks substrate. The Companion proposes a credit grant; the Operator reviews and approves or declines. If approved, you receive a claim email with a URL to set up a passkey and begin using Loomworks.

The use-case description is read by the Operator (a human) and by the Companion (Loomworks's interlocutor surface). It informs the grant decision; it isn't shared with third parties.

Retention

Submissions are retained as part of the engagement record. If you'd like your submission removed, write to privacy@loomworks.doneinseven.com with the email address you submitted; we'll honor the request.

Third parties

Email delivery is handled through an SMTP relay; the relay's provider sees your email address as the recipient at delivery time. The site itself runs on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare's network metadata may be visible to Cloudflare under its standard policies.
